The real product, not a mockup

These are live screens from the system that runs our own fleets across Europe every day.

Business intelligence dashboard with couriers registered, vehicles with IoT, vehicle usage and mileage

01

Live fleet analytics

  • Vehicles, couriers, mileage and utilisation in one daily view
  • Filter any number by group, country or operator
  • Export history for finance and investor reporting
Vehicles management screen with a group tree, searchable vehicle list and bulk vehicle actions

02

Fleet & group management

  • Group vehicles by country, city, partner or contract
  • Bulk commands: immobilise, release, service mode, reassign
  • Search 2000+ vehicles by name, plate or ID in one field
Control tower welcome screen showing e-bike and e-moped counts with quick action tiles

03

Control tower

  • One landing screen for the whole operation, per role
  • Jump straight into vehicles, groups, keyfobs or users
  • Raise a service request without leaving the screen

Every module a delivery fleet runs on

Start with the vehicles and the workshop. Turn the rest on as hubs, countries and clients are added.

RideControl control tower screen with live road events, map and vehicles on route

01

Control tower

One live screen for the whole delivery operation: current road events, vehicles on route versus fleet size, and efficiency against last week. Accident, idling and stop alerts land here the second they happen, so dispatch reacts before a courier calls.

Zone Guard geofencing map with a service zone polygon drawn over a city

02

Zone Guard — geofencing

Draw virtual fences around hubs, dark stores and delivery zones, and see exactly which vehicles sit inside each one. Every exit from a zone raises an alert with time, courier and vehicle, which is how theft and off-shift use get caught.

Maintenance kanban board with reported and accepted service requests

03

Service flow

Repairs move across a kanban from reported to accepted to in progress, each card carrying hub, address, planned repair date and rideable status. Mechanics work the board on a phone, and every vehicle keeps a full service history behind it.

Chargers and battery inventory table with vendor, ID, voltage and hub columns

04

Asset & battery inventory

Batteries, chargers and racks are tracked by vendor, ID, voltage and the hub they belong to — 1900+ assets stay countable instead of vanishing into vans. Swap history ties each pack to the vehicle and courier that used it.

Groups management screen with a nested country and hub tree and group details

05

Groups & multi-country

Model your real structure: countries, hubs, fleets and client accounts nested in one tree, with expected vehicle counts per node. Permissions follow the tree, so a Warsaw hub lead sees Warsaw and a country manager sees the country.

Ride analytics & trip insights

Every delivery trip is logged with distance, duration, route and vehicle. Compare couriers, hubs and weeks to see where mileage and cost per vehicle really go.

Keyfobs

Issue, block and reassign keyfobs per courier and per shift. A lost fob is disabled in seconds without touching the vehicle.

Device diagnostics

IoT units, GPS quality and battery telemetry are checked continuously. Faulty trackers surface as a list to fix, not as missing data.

User management

Couriers, mechanics, hub leads and partner staff each get a role scoped to their group. Handovers and offboarding are recorded per person.

BI dashboards

Uptime, utilisation, deliveries and cost per vehicle by group, hub and country. Export any view to CSV for finance or your delivery platform.

Who it is for

Delivery platform fleet partners

Keep hundreds of couriers moving: assign vehicles, swap batteries, and prove uptime to the platform you deliver for.

Fleet rental operators

Rent e-mopeds and e-bikes to couriers on weekly or monthly contracts, with deposits, handovers and invoicing handled in one place.

Dark stores & q-commerce

Run vehicles per store and per shift, with keyfobs, geofenced zones and cost per delivery visible for every hub.

Service companies

Run workshops and mobile teams on service requests, parts stock and SLA clocks — for your own fleet or someone else's.

How you start

  1. 1

    Import fleet CSV

Send us your spreadsheet — VINs, plates, IoT identifiers, groups. We map and load it, no data entry marathon.

  2. 2

    Add people & locations

Couriers, mechanics, hubs and partners, each with the right role and the right visibility.

  3. 3

    Operate day one

Hand over vehicles, open service requests, track uptime and bill from real usage — from the first morning.

Onboarding in 2 weeks. EU hosting. GDPR-compliant by design — your fleet and courier data stays in Europe and stays yours.

What you gain

The four places a fleet operation either makes money or loses it.

97%

fleet availability

  • Every hour a vehicle is roadworthy is an hour of deliveries — downtime is lost orders, not just a broken bike.
  • Faster swaps and planned service mean fewer lost orders: STANDBY vehicles and the service flow cut downtime from days to hours.
  • More deliveries from the same fleet, instead of buying more vehicles to cover the broken ones.

Typical results from fleets we run.

Use cases

Courier rental operator

Problem: Vehicles disappear and breakdowns eat the margin.

With RideControl: GPS + deposits + service flow in one system.

  • 99% of vehicles recovered
  • 24 h swap turnaround
  • per-vehicle margin visible on the dashboard

Dark store / q-commerce fleet

Problem: Deliveries stall because vehicles are down and nobody knows which.

With RideControl: Control Tower + planned maintenance + battery inventory.

  • 97% fleet availability
  • zero-gap delivery slots
  • cost per vehicle under control

Fleet service company

Problem: Invoicing and SLA tracked over email and spreadsheets.

With RideControl: Requests, kanban, auto-measured SLA and per-client reports.

  • no disputes on invoices
  • documented SLA for every client
  • more clients without a bigger team

Pricing that fits a depot

Billed monthly, per fleet. No sharing-platform entry fees, no seat counting — you pay for the vehicles you actually run.
